Meetup: Moscow Coworking Meetup 2017
On the 10th of April 2017 DI Telegraph will be hosting the second Moscow Coworking meetup. Last year representatives of coworking DI Telegraph, Rabochaya stantsiya, Cabinet Lounge, KL10CH, Kalibr, Startup Hub and coworking-hostel Derevo held an open discussion with developers, investors and entrepreneurs. A year has passed and we’re getting together again.
One of the trending sectors on the commercial real estate market is the one focusing on hybrid spaces. Just recently coworking was a place where you most probably would find freelancers, small teams and enthusiasts seeking networking opportunities and investors, but the pattern has changed. Now international companies use coworkings to search for innovative business models, ideas and professionals.
Coworkings are becoming more and more popular due to flexible payment options, exclusive perks for residents, agile-projection of spaces, additional services and even combination of hostel and coworking.
On the average to rent a desk in the coworking is 50% cheaper than to rent a traditional office.
By 2016 there were 307 registered coworkings in Russia, 103 of which in Moscow, and the amount is still growing. By the end of 2017 population of the coworkings around the globe will be 1,2 million of people.
The leaders of the coworking business will explain how to build a community inside a coworking, what is co-living, discuss tendencies of the development of working spaces and indexes of international real estate market and many other topical themes.
